Hello, year of my marriage

Happy new year to you all!
Because it's the start of a new decade, (or maybe that's next year, but hey don't spoil my opening line) I have a new look.
The hair. It's always the hair. Extensions are gone and I asked my hairdresser to up the peroxide so it's now all choppy, just past my shoulders and white. I can't decide whether to go 100% Lady Gaga and have a fringe cut in too. I might.. or I might just buy one of those fringe pieces you clip in whenever you want.

Here are my new year's resolutions for 2010. I find if I write stuff down, I can't run away from it and say, 'well I never said that!' a few months down the line.

Work on some digital art with Rebecca Parker in Wales - http://www.rebecca-parker.co.uk/
Work in Ireland
Work in India (with Ajit Letap?)
Print off new portfolio / book
Be accepted into a London modelling agency
REALLY work on getting rid of those dark circles under my eyes - find miracle product / buy an insane amount of cucumber!
Drink 8 tall glasses of water a day and make a note of it (as I'm never going to get enough sleep lol)
Maintain regular (but not daily) workouts
Continue swimming regularly
Get a part-time job in a photography/camera shop for extra cash
Get canvas-selling business set up and on the road
Back up ALL hard disc drives literally every week or set it up to do this automatically - I learnt the hard way :(
Get married *girly squee*
Get driving - pass test
~~Buy an artist's easel and take up painting / drawing again as a full-time hobby~~
Make TIME for this hobby
Get entire hallway and living room finished by the end of 2010

Biography

Hellooooo. I'm Chiara :)

I'm a confident woman, comfortable in my own skin and rarely without a head full of ideas.

I was born February 17th 1986 at St Mary's hospital, Portsmouth and lived in various places in the area until earlier this year when I moved away to central London for more opportunities in modelling and art.

I was mostly a classical musician during my teenage years; took lots of piano exams, taught piano, entered & won local music festivals, played for concerts & dinners, and started to play the pipe organ at weddings, funerals & church services.

I'm now just a model and an artist though. I sell my artwork, which is mainly acrylic on canvas and lots of drawings and I also like to sculpt. I travel a lot, I love dancing, Sixties rock, listening to Mozart operas and generally getting a bit wild.

I'm generally in good shape and enjoy going jogging & practising yoga.. I also love food, hehe!

I enjoy a glass of Pinot or three on my days off and I love nothing better than relaxing in a hot, candle-lit bubble bath as I generally despise being cold.

I love massages, facials, looking after my skin & nails, experimenting with new make-up techniques & hair styles, and on rainy days if I'm not working, I'm probably found indulging all this to the max.

Modelling Terms & Inspiration

If I am getting on a bit, just remember so too is my creative spirit, hehe.

I am an artist, a chameleon, passionate..

I'm also eccentric, accommodating, musical, bohemian, creative, messy, inquisitive and warm.

I generally think outside the cylinder without having to think at all. I don't do or think anything in slight doses; it's all or nothing.

I still am very much a full-time model. Freelance modelling was my sole income until last year, and now I have two other jobs which include playing classical piano at dinners, concerts, weddings, other events, and I also take commissions for art - usually acrylic on canvas, but will happily discuss use of other mediums.
I am full-time self employed, which means I am available at all times of the the week and weekend, day and night for enquiries and bookings in any of the above fields.

Travel is not a problem and nowhere is too far. Travel expenses must be compensated please. Can offer reliable punctuality, a receipt upon arrival and an up-to-date passport. All travel expenses are from central London, unless otherwise stated.

Excellent references, telephone communication, (GOOD communication) and examples of your work are all required before any work is undertaken.

I have no tattoos (nor any desire to ever get one) or enhancements and my only piercing is one hole in each ear lobe.
